Soft Credit Inquiry: When you check your eligibility, we perform a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. This allows us to pre-qualify you for loan offers.

Hard Credit Inquiry: If you accept a loan offer and proceed with the final application, a hard credit inquiry will be performed by the lending partner. This may temporarily affect your credit score. You will be notified before any hard inquiry is performed.
